If you cancel your booking, the amount paid will not be refunded to your original payment method. Instead, the balance will be credited to a HairGame Coupon. The credited coupon can be used for future bookings at HairGame.
Your HairGame Coupon can be applied to any service or booking made through our website. The coupon will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. The coupon balance does not expire within this period and can be used at any time. The coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you fail to attend a booked appointment without canceling in advance, the amount paid will not be refunded or credited.
In case of technical errors or duplicate payments, please contact us at info@hairgame.uk for assistance. Any refunds outside of our standard policy will be considered at the sole discretion of HairGame UK management.
